Food distribution set

Commodities will be distributed by Northwest Tennessee Economic Development Council, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, 9 a.m.-noon at the following locations:
• Hornbeak City Hall Tuesday for recipients from Hornbeak and Samburg;
• Obion Community Center Wednesday for recipients from Troy and Obion:
• Thursday at the Union City office at 1015 East College St. for Union City and Kenton recipients. Distribution will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• South Fulton Baptist Church on Forestdale Street in front of the church Jan. 25 for recipients from South Fulton;

Those hoping to receive food must have a green card.
Because of a shortage of inventory, some food items may run out before everyone receives the same number, a spokesman said.
