District meet slated

Reelfoot Lake Regional Utility and Planning District will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday at the district office at 5465 West Highway 22, the brick building across from the Samburg Post Office.
Items on the agenda include a financial report, an election of officers, budget amendments for February 2012-January 2013, a budget for February 2013-January 2014, discussion of rates, the debt management policy and other business.
The meeting is open to the public and all directors are urged to attend, a spokesman said.
