Tuesday, Jan. 22 — Scrambled egg and sausage with whole grain biscuit or tuna salad with whole grain bread, sweet potato bites, green peas, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk. Wednesday, Jan. 23 — Chicken pot pie with whole wheat roll or pork rib patty with whole grain bun, turnip greens, fresh salad cup, fresh grapes, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk. Thursday, Jan. 24 — Sausage pizza or soy butter and jelly with whole grain bread, Great Northern beans, steamed broccoli, fresh orange, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk. Friday, Jan. 25 — Cheeseburger with whole grain bun or whole grain corndog, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, fresh banana, canned mandarin oranges and low-fat milk and skim milk.
