The following is a list of Union City’s monthly building permits for December, submitted by the Union City Department of Planning and Code Enforcement. The activity list includes the applicant, project address, project cost and a brief description of the work listed on the building permit.

• Knox McFall, 827 East College St., $4,000, residential roof.
• John Marshall Vaden, 705 East Mercer St., $2,000, residential roof.
• Bessie Turner, 919 East Vine St., demolish house.
• Larry Mink, 923 Perkins St., $350, residential garage roof.
