The Union City Department of Animal Control has picked up the following animals:
• Male pit, dark brown with collar
• Female pit, white and red with collar
• Female pit, white and brown
• Two female young cats, white and calico
• Female puppy, chow/lab mix.
Animals not claimed by their owners after seven days will be available for adoption on the eighth day. The adoption fee for dogs is $40, while the fee for cats is $30. The department is located at 1415 North Fifth St. and may be reached at 885-7011.
