The Messenger, January 11, 2013 The local animal shelter group, Wags & Whiskers: Safe Haven, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Obion County Public Library. On the agenda is an update on fundraising activities and a review of potential animal shelter sites. Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public.
