Bro. Bobby Peal opened our service by singing “Standing On the Promises.”

Edna Johle taught the adult Sunday school from II Timothy 1:13. The gospel is worthy of our lifelong allegiance.

Bro. Bobby asked for prayer requests, which were prayed over. Mary led “I Never Shall Forget the Day” and “Keep On the Firing Line.” Patsy Baker sang “Where Could I Go” and “Please Forgive Me.” Bro. Bobby sang “Led By the Master’s Hand.” Shirley Bynum and Mary harmonized to “Blessed Assurance.”

Bro. Bobby turned to Luke 2:22 and Leviticus 6:8-12. We closed the service by taking the communion sacraments and shaking hands and loving all.

Bro. Bobby opened our evening service by singing “I Saw the Light.” Bro Harvey Dildine accompanied Mary as she led “Heavens Jubilee,” “Just A Little Talk With Jesus” and “Are You Washed In The Blood.” She then sang “When He Was On the Cross.” Edna Johle sang “I Can’t Feel At Home In This World.” Bro. Bobby sang “Every Hour.” Bro. Ray Lainhart sang “O Say But I’m Glad.” Bro. Harvey played and sang “Where Could I Go.”

Bro. Bobby referred to Titus 2:1. We need to face all trials, temptations and worry the devil is making so noticeable these days. We will grow to know the Lord the more we study His word. We closed with our usual prayer circle at the altar with many names on our hearts as we prayed for all.

Our ladies meeting will be Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall with Shirley Bynum doing the devotional. Try to come out ladies, as you will have a good time.
