Tuesday, Jan. 15 — Beef chili and grilled cheese with whole grain bread or turkey hot dog and chili with whole grain bun, baked sweet potato, cole slaw, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk. Wednesday, Jan. 16 — Spaghetti and meat sauce or tuna salad with whole grain breadstick, fresh salad cup, steamed broccoli, fresh grapes, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk. Thursday, Jan. 17 — Beef taco or turkey bologna and cheese with whole grain tortilla, fresh taco salad cup, pinto beans, fresh apple, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
