The Messenger, January 9, 2013 Debi Hicks, 59, of Fulton died at her home Jan. 8, 2013. A graveside service is planned for 2 p.m. Friday at Union Cemetery in Fulton County in Kentucky. Visitation will be at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton from 11 a.m. Friday until time to go to the cemetery.
