Lucille (Mitchell) Key, 93, of Union City died Jan. 7, 2013, at Union City Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Caroline Farmer and Dr. Cecil Sewell officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ja Key, Joe Key, Brian Key, Johnny Key, Greg Bransford, Jeremy Andrews, Albert Wright, Richard Drewry and James Moore.
The family requests memorials be made to Shady Grove United Methodist Church.
She was born Feb. 6, 1919, daughter of the late Marshall M. and Annie (Jones) Mitchell. She married Thomas Sylvester Key June 16, 1945. He died April 29, 1995. She was a homemaker and a member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Susanne Key of Union City; four grandchildren and their spouses, Marshall and Jennifer Key of Africa and Ja and Kelly Key, Joe and Jessica Key and Brad Murray, all of Union City; and six great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Frank Key; and her brother, Warren Mitchell.
