Completed arrangements are being announced for Eddie Wayne Vaughn Sr., 67, of Dukedom, who died 7 a.m. Jan. 3, 2013, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
There will be no services. Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
He was born Feb. 22, 1945, in Lewis County, son of the late Bernice Erwin Vaughn and the late Mayzell (Breeden) Brown. He had been employed as a sheet metal worker for the former Stanley Jones Corp. in South Fulton.
He is survived by three sons, Eddie Wayne Vaughn Jr. of Rives and Jerry Vaughn and Steven Vaughn, both of Dukedom; his grandson, Christopher Dylan Vaughn of South Fulton; four sisters, Christine Hodge of South Fulton, Jeanette Davis of Obion, Janie Leary of Martin and Kathy Hunter of Dukedom; and two brothers, Larry Banks of Mayfield, Ky., and George Hooper of South Fulton.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Betty Stone; and two brothers, Junior Hooper and Roy Harris.
