Hawks to attend college

Corbin M. Hawks of South Fulton was recently accepted to the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in Lexington.
Hawks is a 2009 graduate from South Fulton High School, and is currently in his senior year at the University of Kentucky.
He will earn his bachelors degree in Agricultural Biotechnology in May 2013 before beginning the dental school curriculum in August.
Hawks has maintained a 3.8 grade point average and has been on the Dean’s List each semester.
Hawks has been a member of Delta Tau Delta Social Fraternity where he has served as Academic Chairman for two terms and is currently serving as Vice President of Internal Operations.
In the 2011-2012 school year, he was voted “Delt Man of the Year”.
Hawks is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Michael L. Hawks of South Fulton. Dr. Hawks also attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Gammon of South Fulton, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hawks of Fulton.
