The following cases were disposed of Dec. 24-28 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Blair L. Duncan — three counts of worthless check (up to $500), dismissed on payment of costs.
• Tammy L. Bizwell — theft of merchandise (shoplifting), judicial diversion.
• Joel M. Ellegood — simple possession/casual exchange, judicial diversion.
• Danielle S. McWhorter — simple possession/casual exchange, judicial diversion.
• Zachary S. Merwin — simple possession/casual exchange, judicial diversion.
• Brittni M. Ray — aggravated asasult upon officer, judicial diversion on amended charge of assault/attempt.
• Mika M. Walley — simple possession/casual exchange, judicial diversion.
• Adam Nicholas Fulton — possession and distribution of intoxicating liquid by person under 21, deferred.
• Steven E. Bruggeman — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Anthony B. Davis — driving under the influence (first offense), guilty as charged.
• Tammy E. Howard — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Antoine K. Taylor — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Robert Taylor — driving under the influence by allowing, guilty as charged.
• Jessie L. Cathey — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Justin R. Damons — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Lastar Fisk — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Betty M. Shannon — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Holly M. Singleteary — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• John S. Smith — child restraint violation and insurance violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
