The Union City Department of Animal Control has picked up the following animals.
• Female husky.
• Female chocolate Lab.
• Female shepherd-mix, chocolate and tan.
• Female pit, white and brown.
• Male  pit, brown.
• Male mixed, black and tan.
•Male mixed, brown.
• Several cats.
Animals not claimed by their owners after seven days will be available for adoption on the eighth day.
The adoption fee for dogs is $40, while the fee for cats is $30.
