Quilters to meet

The Blessed Piecemakers Quilt Guild is inviting all quilters, collectors and lovers of quilts to the monthly meeting Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Stitchin’ Post at 514 South First St. in Union City. The program, “Five Minute Block,” will be presented by Barbara Berry of Lake County. Members are reminded to bring 26 five-inch-square blocks to the session.
All who are interested are invited to attend and visitors are always welcome, a spokesman said.
