Owners Mark Bondurant and Elizabeth Pritchett opened Twin Oaks Technology, LLC in April 2012.
The business offers an array of technology and financial solutions for business.
The business is located at 104B Broadway St. in Martin.
On the technology side, Twin Oaks’ products and services include: help desk, networking, server administration, VoIP phone solutions, point of sale solutions, Dell authorized reseller, date backup, website design and hosting, software development and IT consulting.
On the financial side, services include QuickBooks setup, tune-up and training, as well as financial consulting.
“As you can tell from our service offering, we can assist customers with most technology or financial needs,” Bondurant and Pritchett said.
“We had previously worked together for 15 years and knew that we had a lot of experience that we could share with local and national businesses – whether they be small businesses, medium-size businesses or large business,” the owners said. “Helping businesses grow and achieve their goals is what we love to do.
“We want to use our skills and expertise to help small and mid-size businesses succeed at a price they can afford. Our products and services offerings is broad, and we think the technology and financial pillars of our business complement each other nicely, giving us the ability to truly be a one-stop shop for our customers.”
Twin Oaks, in just several months since opening, is already involved in the community.
In the fall, Twin Oaks sponsored a technology club in conjunction with the library for middle and high school students. The club met weekly for about eight weeks and used technology to create a video of the Soybean Festival.
“We plan to offer the next technology club sometime in the spring with a different technology theme,” Bondurant and Pritchett said. “Our goal is to make each semester session unique and educational for the students.”
Twin Oaks also assisted the Soybean Festival by helping to maintain the festival’s facebook page.
Both Bondurant and Pritchett live in Martin with their families, and their children attend school in Martin.
“For us, Martin was the logical choice of where to open our business,” the owners said. “Even though out physical address is in Martin, our customer base is local and national. We currently have national customers in several states.”
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or as needed.
