The following cases were disposed of Dec. 17-21 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.

• Jennifer L. Chessor — two counts of forgery, bound over to the grand jury.
• Billy J. Craig — fugitive from justice and four counts of forgery, bound over to the grand jury.
• Jerry L. Johnson — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, perjury and theft of property ($500-$1,000), bound over to the grand jury.
• Steven Lane Lanham — promoting methamphetamine manufacture and Schedule II drugs/attempt, bound over to the grand jury.
• Robert L. Walley — four counts of driving while license suspended, one count of Schedule II drugs/attempt and promoting methamphetamine manufacture, bound over to the grand jury.
• Kyle Spencer Brown — evading arrest (risk of death)/attempt and reckless driving by intoxicant, judicial diversion; driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Kenneth J. Elam — reckless burning, deferred.
• Zachary Lance Brown — driving under the influence by allowing, guilty as charged.
• Elmer R. Caldwell — disorderly conduct, guilty as charged.
• Richard Clark Devasier — driving under the influence (first offense), guilty as charged.
• Weylin P. Green — driving under the influence (first offense) and theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
