The Messenger, December 17, 2012 Obion County’s animal shelter group, Wags & Whiskers: Safe Haven, will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Obion County Public Library. The meeting is open to the public and on the agenda is consideration of bylaws and articles of incorporation and a review of recent fund-raising events.
