STUDENT HONORED — Greenfield High School senior Rachel Lauren Roberts (center) attended the recent Christmas meeting of the Tulip Grove Chapter United States Daughters of 1812, held at the Jackson Country Club, to receive an award. Chapter president Patsy Weatherington (right) presented her a certificate and wished her well in her studies at Freed-Hardeman College in Henderson starting next fall and chapter treasurer Aline Roberts, (left) her grandmother, presented her the $200 check from the chapter.
