The Messenger, December 13, 2012 Carl R. Howard, 69, of Fulton died at his home Dec. 12, 2012. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton, with interment following there in Greenlea Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. today.
