Union City School System has announced these menus for Dec. 17-21:
Union City High School
Monday, Dec. 17 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 18 — Scrambled egg and sausage with whole grain biscuit or tuna salad with whole grain bread, sweet potato, green peas, fresh orange, canned applesauce and milk.
Wednesday, Dec. 19 — Half-day; breakfast only, with no lunch served for holiday dismissal.
Thursday, Dec. 20-Friday, Dec. 21 — Christmas break.
UC Middle School
Monday, Dec. 17 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Dec. 18 — Scrambled egg and turkey sausage with whole grain biscuit or tuna salad with whole grain bread, sweet potato bites, green peas, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Dec. 19 — Half-day; breakfast only served, with no lunch served for Christmas holiday dismissal.
Thursday, Dec. 20-Friday, Dec. 21 — Christmas break.

Monday, Dec. 17 — Whole grain cinnamon biscuit or whole grain cereal with graham crackers and fresh banana and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, Dec. 18 — Egg patty with cheese with whole grain biscuit or whole grain cereal with wheat toast and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Dec. 19 — Breakfast Hot Pocket or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, Dec. 20 — Breakfast burrito or whole grain cereal with wheat toast and jelly and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, Dec. 21 — Whole grain Pop Tarts or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Lunch
Monday, Dec. 17 — Ravioli or chicken dippers, seasoned broccoli, whole kernel corn, fresh apple half, whole grain roll and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, Dec. 18 — Chicken chunks or beef fingers, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, fresh orange half and milk or juice.
Wednesday, Dec. 19 — Turkey and ham with whole wheat hamburger bun or chicken salad with whole wheat bread, carrot sticks with fat-free ranch dressing, green beans, sliced peaches and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, Dec. 20 — Hot dog with whole wheat bun or sloppy joe with whole wheat bun, baked beans, potato wedges, fresh grapes and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, Dec. 21 — Half-day for start of Christmas break; no lunch served.
