Joseph “Corey” Applewhite

Joseph “Corey” Applewhite, son of Mitchell and Brandy Combs of South Fulton and Shawn Applewhite of Samburg, recently celebrated his 11th birthday with a party at the Willingham Center in Fulton.
A “Captain America” theme was used.
Guests enjoyed swimming and playing basketball.
Sandwiches, chips, dips and cake were served to the guests.
Attending, in addition to his parents, were his brothers, Rider Whitehead, Payton Whitehead and Dallas Whitehead, all of South Fulton; his grandmother, Pat Dial of Samburg; and his aunt, Joan Henson of Shawtown.
Also attending were Tisha, Tristan and Bryce Cooley; Josh Matheny and Brandon Ransom, all of South Fulton.
Sending wishes were his grandmother, Betty Applewhite of Samburg; his great-grandparents, James and Linda Hurst of Troy; his great-grandfather, Damon Dial of Woodland Mills; and his great-great-grandmother, Mildred Brown of Union City.
