Mike Cirkles opened the service leading “At Calvary.” Cleatus Wilbanks led in prayer. Bro Mark’s message titled, “Light Breaking Through Darkness” was a great message. We had a great revival last Sunday. We had six baptized and Sunday we had one. It’s great to see the young people accepting Christ. The Lord’s Supper was observed Sunday night. Bro. Mark will hold services Sunday at Haw’s Memorial Nursing Home at 2:30 p.m. Steve Hess and Southern Salvation will be in concert during our evening service Dec. 9. James and Judy freeman celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday. Congratulation to this fine couple. I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving and counted all your blessings. It was a beautiful day. Jo Hardin was carried to the emergency room Sunday morning. She has been sick since Thursday. She was dehydrated and has a stomach virus. She is home now. We still have some that are going for tests this week. Last year for Thanksgiving we had our grandson home from the service and this year, he and is wife are in Japan. His wife had nine people over for dinner, so I guess they are doing well. Almost time to finish your Christmas shopping. None
