The Messenger, November 27, 2012 Marla Bumpus, a criminal court clerk for Judge Jimmy Smith, will be discussing expunging court records and the importance of registering to vote at the Wisdom Wednesday meeting set for 1-2 p.m. at the East Gate community room at 515 Nash St. in Union City. All women who are interested are invited to attend.
