The following cases were disposed of Nov. 19-23 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Lisa S. Terry — driving while license suspended, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Dustin L. Swinney — unlawful photographing in violation of privacy, judicial diversion.
• Jared H. Mancell — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Richard Bott — DUI by allowing and simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Alisha M. Cooper — theft of merchandise/shoplifting, guilty as charged.
• Justin D. Hodge — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Sheri J. Kerns — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Geneva Mitchell — two counts of theft (up to $500), guilty as charged.
• Tyler B. Evans — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Robin R. Glisson — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Christopher L. Morris — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Paul D. Warren — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Garrett R. Weirs — driver to exercise due care, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
Editor’s note: The Obion County Courthouse was closed two days last week for the Thanksgiving holiday and court was not in session those days.
