The Messenger, November 27, 2012 A statewide rally to express opposition to the government healthcare plan known as “Obamacare” is planned for Dec. 5 at noon on the east side of the Capitol in Nashville. Citizens who are opposed to the exchanges to implement the program in the Volunteer State are encouraged to prepare signs expressing their ideas and come to the rally, a spokesman said.
