The Messenger, November 23, 2012 Obion’s Christmas parade will be Dec. 7, with line-up beginning at 6 p.m. at the ball field. Horses are not allowed and only four-wheelers pulling small floats will be permitted. Refreshments will be served following the parade at the Obion Community Center.
