4:36 p.m. — Summer Street, medical.
8:28 p.m. — Lakeview Drive, medical.
Monday, Nov. 12
10:15 a.m. — East Church Street, medical.
10:52 a.m. — 2205 West Reelfoot Ave., automatic fire alarm.
5:13 p.m. — North Second Street, medical.
7:44 p.m. — South First Street, medical.
Tuesday, Nov. 13
7 a.m. — 800 West Reelfoot Ave., automatic fire alarm.
7:14 a.m. — Bethlehem Road at Nailling Drive, motor vehicle accident.
5:57 p.m. — Russell Street, medical.
Wednesday, Nov. 14
9:03 a.m. — Nash Street, medical.
11:12 a.m. — 1400 South First St., smoke investigation.
11:39 a.m. — West Reelfoot Avenue, medical.
12:40 p.m. — Russell Street, medical.
3:16 p.m. — East Gibbs Street, medical.
6:42 p.m. — Mathew Street, medical.

Friday, Nov. 16
3:04 a.m. — 503 Nash St., dumpster fire.

Totals:
For the week of Nov. 11-17 the Union City Fire Department had a total of 26 alarms, including 18 medical, four commercial alarms, one structure fire, one grass fire, one motor vehicle accident and one smoke investigation.
