Santa letters offered

Union City Parks and Recreation will send letters from Santa for all requests received prior to noon Dec. 19.
Parents are asked to call the parks office at 885-0354 from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays and answer a few questions or visit the website at www.ucpark.com. Forms may also be filled out at City Hall and placed in the Santa Letters Box.
Letters may be sent to children, spouses, boyfriends/girlfriends or anyone the sender chooses. Letters have gone all over the United States in the past and requests have been received from throughout the country from visitors who “surf” the website, a spokesman said.
Letters will be sent to any address in the United States.
