ON TRACK — Reneigh Rogers and her third-grade students at Gleason School recently enjoyed riding around Gleason on a mini-train as part of the “Look, Listen and Live!” train safety campaign as they learned about train safety. The program, initiated by Lorna Benson, is offered to students of schools near railroad tracks. During a short presentation, students were taught train safety. The presenter reminded them trains cannot stop quickly and students were urged to “Look, Listen and Live!” After the presentation, students in grades K-5 were treated to rides around town on the mini-train.
