Creations opens downtown

Amy Carlos has relocated her hair salon, Creations, to 218 South First St. in downtown Union City.
The full-service salon had been located on North First Street for the past 12 years, across from Charlie T’s. Mrs. Carlos’ new location features a warm and spacious interior.
She has been a stylist for nearly 16 years and opened Creations 12 years ago with her cousin, Emily Stephens. Now, she is in business with Laurel Rae, who has been a stylist for the past 12 years. She is also a skilled nail tech who can perform manicures and pedicures for clients.
Together, the two stylists offer a wide range of hair care services, including haircuts, colors, perms, updos as well as such beauty services as waxing and makeup. Creations serves women, men and children.
The salon is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and after hours by appointment.
