Business Matters scheduled

Carol Reed, executive director of the Entrepreneur Center of Northwest Tennessee, will be the guest speaker for the Obion County Chamber of Commerce’s November Business Matters program, scheduled for 7:45-9 a.m. Tuesday at the Obion County Public Library.
The session is being sponsored by Union City attorney John Miles.
