Martin RE/MAX rates best in state

Shelia Bell, owner/broker, RE/MAX United, LLC, in Martin, was pleased to learn that her office ranked No. 1 overall in the state of Tennessee in September 2012 for its record sales performance.
This ranking was determined among 38 RE/MAX offices in Tennessee that had an agent count of 10 and under, including Chattanooga, Jackson, Knoxville, Memphis, and Nashville.
RE/MAX has recognized Bell throughout the past four years for her continual achievements.
Bell said she attributes her success to God.
Her faith makes her relentlessly optimistic, determined and hard-working, she said.
Bell said she is committed to providing the best service possible, and her Edwardian-era office, located at 235 University Street, has made customers feel comfortable and welcomed.
Bell has increased the number of her agents:
Larry Mount joined RE/MAX in July 2012. Barbara Easley has been with RE/MAX almost two years, and Judy McBride joined RE/MAX in 2010. The most recent addition is affiliate Colton Nanney.
Bell said she is looking forward to bringing in two more agents in the coming weeks.
This increase goes beyond the expectations of RE/MAX Regional, she said.
