Frances Hughey Wilson, 72, of Springville, formerly Martin died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at the home of her son in Paris.

Services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2 at Williams Funeral Home in Sharon with Rev. Lowell Wiley officiating. Music was performed by Larry Morgan. Burial was in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Martin. Visitation was Thursday, Nov. 1 at the funeral home.

Zac Scott, Travis Sturdivant, Jon Creed Coley¸ Donavan Owens, Nathaniel Owens, David McDaniel, Brian Overcast, and B. J. Morgan served as pallbearers. Larry Morgan, Bob Morgan, and Pat Hogan served as honorary pallbearers.

Frances was born Oct. 18, 1940 in Waverly, daughter of the late Robert and Lathel Fields Hughey of Sidonia.  She formerly worked as a beautician in Martin.  She was a member of Springville Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Pam (Rusty) Wade of Martin and Vicki (Thomas) Scott of Clarksville; one son, Chris (Donna) Coley of Paris; one sister, Louise Morgan of Greenfield; two brothers, Bobby Hughey and Ralph Hughey, both of Sharon; eight grandchildren, Allison Wade Mullins, Ashley Wade, Zac Scott, Mandy Sturdivant, Jon Creed Coley, all of Martin, Donavan Owens, Nathaniel Owens, Mary Kate Coley, all of Paris; and four great-grandchildren Ali Jo Mullins, Lilly-Brooke Scott, Aiden Sturdivant and Cade Sturdivant, all of Martin.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary McDaniel Caudle; and one brother, John Hughey.
