The Messenger, November 6, 2012 Billy Newcomb, 55, of Hickman, Ky., died Nov. 5, 2012, at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton. A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sassafras Ridge Baptist Church. Strong Funeral Home in Hickman is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation.
