Man not charged

Paul Wayne Brown, 47, of 925 North Second St., Union City, was not charged with burglary in connection with an alleged incident Wednesday at the home of Tricia Wilson, on Todd Street in Union City. She was listed as his girlfriend on the report.
The incident was incorrectly reported in a news note on Thursday.
The Messenger spoke with Brown this morning and he said he and Ms. Wilson had a misunderstanding and he has no ill will toward her.
The Messenger regrets the error.
