OFFENSE
Ricky Henry
School: Union City
Pos.: Fullack
Height: 5-11
Weight: 154
Grade: Sophomore

By The Numbers: Henry continued his late-season surge as a more than adequate fill-in for injured Keylon Hyde, posting career highs of 39 carries and 172 yards rusing along with two touchdowns in the Golden Tornadoes’ 28-17 win over Humboldt in the regular season finale on Friday night. Showing that the future at fullback is, indeed, bright after the graduation of the school’s all-time rushing leader, Henry has now put up back-to-back 100-yard games and has amassed 450 yards in the past four games as Hyde has nursed various injuries that literally stretch from head to foot.
Honorable Mention: Khiry Lewis, UC, again showed his explosiveness with 100 yards and two TDs on just eight carries. … Blake Berner, OC, threw for 196 yards and two TDs while also rushing for 57 yards on eight tries. … Blake Rudd, OC, caught seven passes for 98 yards and a TD. … Drew Hayes, OC, top O-lineman as OC did not allow a sack on 47 pass attempts.
