The following cases were disposed of Oct. 22-26 in Obion County General Sessions Court by Judge Jimmy Smith, or fines paid before scheduled court appearances, and were recorded in the dockets in the office of Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson.
The cases listed exclude routine traffic violations, civil cases and cases that are dismissed, unless dismissal is contingent upon costs being paid or other conditions. All others are published, including judicial diversions and deferred cases, without exception.
• Jermaine A. Brown — driving while license revoked, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Dawn D. Tubbs — driving while license suspended, dismissed on payment of costs.
• Christopher A. Burton — vandalism ($1,000-$10,000), guilty of a lesser charge of vandalism ($1,000-$10,000)/solicitation.
• Dillon H. Hight — aggravated assault upon officer, guilty of a lesser charge of assault with bodily injury; resisting a stop, arrest or search, guilty as charged.
• Mary A. Treece — forgery, guilty of a lesser charge; forgery, guilty as charged.
• Timothy E. Wilson — Schedule VI controlled substance/solicitation, guilty of a lesser charge.
• Billy R. Crocker — theft (up to $500), bound over to the grand jury.
• Elisa Fulcher — false reports to officer, judicial diversion for amended charge of false reports/solicitation.
• William R. Howard — burglary of an auto/attempt, judicial diversion for amended charge of criminal trespass.
• Susan M. Parham — possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia (felony), judicial diversion.
• Candace B. Taylor — driving while license suspended, deferred.
• Christopher L. Armstrong — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Jimenez S. Baldemar — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Lindsay Bell — theft (up to $500) and criminal trespass, guilty as charged.
• Yahiem M. Davenport — fraudulent use of a credit or debit card ($500-$1,000), theft (up to $500) and driving while license suspended, guilty as charged.
• Carlos Mendoza — DUI by allowing, guilty as charged.
• Susan M. Parham — simple possession/casual exchange, guilty as charged.
• Micah C. Watts — probation violation, guilty as charged.
• Jency E. Wright — public intoxication, guilty as charged.
• Billy J. Harris — failure to appear on citation, waived to grand jury.
• Juan J. Barrera — unlawful unregistered vehicle on highway/occupying unregistered mobile home, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Gene Allen Butler — financial responsibility law violation, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Kenneth B. Cheatham — child restraint violation (children ages 9-15), guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Corwin J. Edmison — driver to exercise due care, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Erick M. Hernandez — sound amplification system in motor vehicle, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Erica Ruth Martin — child restraint violation (children ages 9-15), guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Kimberly Dawn Morgan — child restraint violation (children ages 9-15), guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
• Colton A. Nanney — rules and regulations, guilty/traffic ticket paid in full.
