Anne Myrick (Roach) Slaughter, 72, of Union City died Oct. 30, 2012, at her residence.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harry Mathewson officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Myatt, John Biggers, Matt Covey, Tim McClain, Jeremy Nichols and Dylan Caudle.
She was born Jan. 7, 1940, in Obion County, daughter of the late Elbert and Bessie (Jones) Roach. She was an antique doll restorer for the former Old Place Doll Hospital in Union City. She was a Baptist.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Joedy A. Tarkington of South Fulton and Tony and Angelica Slaughter of Fresno, Calif.; six grandchildren, Jennifer Swatzell of Murray, Ky., Tiffany and JoAnna Tarkington, both of South Fulton, and Christian, Sienna and Katlyn Slaughter, all of Fresno; her brother, James A. Roach of Aiken, S.C.; and her cousin, Joe Salmon of San Francisco.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Kay Brockwell and Jo Anne Tarkington.
