Reception planned Posted: Monday, October 29, 2012 4:02 pm A reception honoring Dr. Bill Warner of Nashville is planned for 5-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Obion County Public Library at 1221 East Reelfoot Ave. in Union City. The community is invited to meet Warner, who will be providing a free information session explaining Dualism and Islam at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Union City Civic Auditorium. He has been educating himself about Islam for 40 years and has devoted himself to explaining truths about the religion since 9/11.
