Deborah Joy (McKeel) Reese, 54, of Union City died Oct. 25, 2012, at her residence after a long illness.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at East View Cemetery, with the Revs. Jerry Leggett and Eddie Mallonee officiating.
Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Sunday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
She was born March 16, 1958, in Yazoo City, Miss., daughter of the late Homer and Margaret (Ordway) McKeel. She married Arthur Willis “Bill” Reese Jr. Sept. 10, 1983. He survives. She was a former employee of The Messenger and was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City.
She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Jeremy Lamb of Dawsonville, Ga.; her granddaughter, Allison Lamb of Dawsonville; her sister, Rebecca Osborne of Little Rock, Ark.; her brother, Barry McKeel of Harrisburg, Pa.; and her mother-in-law, Nancy Reese of Union City.
