Samuel Wiseman Russell, son of Matt and Laura Russell of Troy, recently celebrated his 3rd birthday with a Mickey Mouse theme party.
The guests enjoyed a bounce house, balloon art and a surprise visit from Mickey Mouse. They were served hot dogs with trimmings, ice cream bars, cake and punch.
Attending his celebration, in addition to his parents and sister, Marikate, were his grandparents, Terry and Mary Ruth Wiseman of Troy and Bobby and Jackie Russell of Union City; and his great-grandmother, Irene Johnson of Union City.
