Cane Creek earns advanced certification

Committed to a higher level of care, HealthSouth Cane Creek Rehabilitation Hospital’s Stroke Rehabilitation program has earned Disease-Specific Care Certification from The Joint Commission in addition to Joint Commission accreditation.
This Gold Seal of Approval™ is a direct reflection of our commitment to provide comprehensive treatment programs to help patients reach maximum outcomes. This certification is valid for two years and became effective on Aug. 15, 2012.
Additionally, Cane Creek is the only rehabilitation hospital in Tennessee that is a member of the National Stroke Association’s Stroke Rehabilitation and Recovery Network, allowing patients and family access to a wealth of educational information and support.
