During the recent Tennessee Farmers Mutual Insurance Agents Conference held in Franklin, the Obion County Farm Bureau office was presented an award for being the number one agency in the state.
There are160 agencies statewide.
This was the third year in a row that the office finished in the company’s “Top Ten Agencies”. The award is based on customer service, production, and professionalism.
“This is a special award and will be difficult to repeat,” agency manager Hadley Malone said. “I’m proudest of the fact that we have consistently been in the ‘Top Ten.’ That is a direct result of a staff that truly wishes to be of service to other people. Training and professionalism helps but means nothing if you don’t care for and about the customer. Caring can’t be taught or trained. I’m fortunate to work with a staff that takes pride in giving the best customer service possible.”
