Roy Wilson Cook, 38, of Southaven, Miss., formerly of Obion County, died Oct. 2, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Southaven.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy, with Richard Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Ararat Cemetery near Troy.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
Pallbearers will be Tom Jones, Jeff Swift, Joe Smith, David Selby, Jeremy Echols and Jeff Peritore. Honorary pallbearers will be his co-workers and friends at Landers Nissan in Southaven.
The family requests that memorials be made to National Marfans Foundation, 22 Manhasset Ave., Port Washington, NY 11050.
He was born March 25, 1974, in Union City, son of Alice Joyce (Miller) Cook of South Fulton and the late Billy Wilson Cook. He was a certified mechanic for Landers Nissan and he attended Church of Christ.
Survivors also include his daughter, Briley Cook of Southaven; two sisters and his brother-in-law, Tammy and David Selby of Woodlawn and Missy Cook of South Fulton; and two nieces and his nephew, Page Cook of South Fulton and Emily Selby and Eric Selby, both of Woodlawn.
