The Messenger, September 27, 2012 Troy mayor and board will meet Monday at 5 p.m. at Troy City Hall for a regular business meeting. The session will be open to the public. Residents in the area who will be affected by the rural fire protection subscription service are reminded that payment is now due at City Hall, a spokesman said.
