The Peterson/Hayes percussion and flute duo, made up of celebrated musicians Eric Peterson and Kristin Hayes of San Antonio, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Monday in room 112 of Boling University Center on the main campus of the University of Tennessee at Martin.
In addition to the duo, Peterson and Ms. Hayes have extensive performance experience.

As an educator, he has also worked with several programs, including the Tallahassee Symphony Youth Orchestra, Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps and UTSA Indoor Drum Line.
Ms. Hayes currently holds positions at the University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary’s University. She teaches flute and, during the summer, teaches and performs at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and UTSA’s Flute Camp. She also performs with the Opera Piccola of San Antonio, the Chamber Orchestra of San Antonio and the Mid-Texas Symphony.
