Completed arrangements are being announced for Peggy Lou Sullivan, 84, of Union City, who died Sept. 11, 2012, at her home.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. James Kinsey and Larry Hitesman officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. Thursday.
Pallbearers will be Paul Truett, Monty Davis, Scott Shell, Mark Cooley, Jack Jernigan, Joey Nelson and Joey Sullivan.
She was born May 11, 1928, in Gideon, Mo., daughter of the late Morris and Doris (Walsh) Campbell. She married Bernard David Sullivan Nov. 27, 1948. He died Aug. 7, 2008.
She was a retired employee of the former Kroger store in Union City, where she had been employed for more than 22 years, and was a member of Sunswept Baptist Church in Union City.
Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Morris Long of Hornbeak and Judy (Sullivan) Pendergrass of South Fulton; two sons and her daughter-in-law, Donnie Sullivan of Union City and Ronnie and Helen Sullivan of Obion; her sister, Rosemary Parks of Purvis, Miss.; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two grandsons, Clayton Morris and Kevin Dale Sullivan; two sons-in-law, Ike Long and David Pendergrass; two sisters, Joan Sommerhour and Fern McCracken; and her brother, Donald Campbell.
