Utility district to meet

A special called meeting for the board of directors for the Reelfoot Lake Regional Utility & Planning District will be held on Aug. 30 at 4:30 p.m. at the district’s office, located at 6411 West Highway 22 near Hornbeak in the former 22 Motors building.
The agenda includes a rate study by an accountant, TAUD representation, an update from the attorney, the status of injunction inquiries, a budget amendment and an update on the truck.
