Drug sting suspect list released

Authorities have released the names of the 17 suspects arrested over the weekend in connection with an undercover drug sting operation initiated by the Obion Police Department.
A majority of the suspects were arraigned Monday, while six of the suspects are being processed through the Obion County Grand Jury in Circuit Court.
The six suspects who are being handled through the grand jury include Shaun Lynn Bondurant, David Ray Eaves, Jesse Wade Glover, Tersea Kindsey, Deanna Sue Powers and William Douglas Smith (see related story, Page 1).
The names of the remaining 11 suspects who were arraigned Monday and their charges include:
• Jennifer Ann Adair of 224 North Broadway, Obion, sale of a schedule III substance (dihydrocodeine). She remains jailed on a $15,000 bond.
• Carolyn Alexander of 121 North Sixth St., Obion, sale of a schedule III substance (dihydrocodeine). She remains jailed on a $15,000 bond.
• April Dawn Donnell of 814 Spring Valley Drive, Obion, sale of a schedule II substance (amphetamine). She remains jailed on a $15,000 bond.
• Amanda Joyce Eaves, 224 North Broadway, Obion, two counts sale of a schedule II and III substance (amphetamine and dihydrocodeine). She remains jailed on a $25,000 bond.
• Tracy Ann Eaves of 809 Spring Valley Drive, Obion, two counts sale of a schedule III substance (dihydrocodeine). She remains jailed on a $25,000 bond.
• Melody Ann Hutchins, 707 Wynn Ridge, Troy, two counts of sale of methadone. She remains jailed without a bond.
• Lee Ann Moorman of 1364 State Route 183, Troy, sale of a schedule III substance (dihyrocodeine). She has been released on a $15,000 bond.
• Lisa Faye Ramsey of 712 Starlight Drive, Obion, two counts of sale of schedule III and IV (dihydrocodeine and diazepam). She remains jailed on a $25,000 bond.
• James Edward Ramsey of 712 Starlight Drive, Obion, two counts of sale of a schedule III and IV substance (dihydrocodeine and alprazolam). He remains jailed on a $25,000 bond.
• Alonzo Braxton Smith Jr.  of 925 East Palestine, Obion, sale of a schedule VI substance (marijuana). He has been released on a $10,000 bond.
• Timmy Clay Smith of 124 South 12th St., Obion, two counts of sale of a schedule III and IV substance (dihydrocodeine and oxycodone). He has been released on a $25,000 bond.
The 11 suspects being handled through General Sessions Court will make their initial appearance in General Sessions Court Thursday morning.
Obion Police Chief Royce Aker told The Messenger there are still several suspects in the case who have yet to be arrested.
